Rising Star female Costume Raffle – Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The Promoter is Rising Star Designs Ltd, Belfast, Northern Ireland, BT13 2JF.
2. Eligibility
• Open worldwide to entrants aged 18 or over.
• Parents or guardians may enter on behalf of a dancer.
• Employees of Rising Star Designs Ltd and anyone professionally associated with this promotion are not eligible.
3. How to Enter
Paid Entry (£25 Ticket)
• Purchasing a ticket (£25) provides one entry into the Prize Draw.
• Only 200 paid entries are available. When all 200 tickets are sold, entries close automatically.
Free Entry Route (No Purchase Necessary)
• To enter for free, send your name, email address, and the words “Female Costume Raffle Entry” to:

• One postal entry per person.
• Postal entries must arrive before the closing date to be included.
• Paid and free entries are treated equally.
4. Entrant Reward – Rising Star Credit
All paid entrants who do not win the prize will receive a £50 Rising Star credit voucher towards a new Rising Star female costume booking.
Voucher conditions:
• Valid against a new Rising Star female costume booking
• Booking must be confirmed before November 2026
• One £50 credit per customer (not per ticket)
• Non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash
• Cannot be combined with other offers or promotions
• Not available to free postal entrants

5. Opening & Closing Dates
• Entries open when tickets are made available for sale.
• Entries close when all 200 tickets are sold or at the end of the CLRG NAIDC 2026 July 7th
• Postal entries must arrive before the closing date 7th July 2026 to be included.
6. Prize Details
One winner will receive a fully bespoke Rising Star female Irish dance costume, including:
Full custom dress designed by Keith Marron
Bespoke design also taking in the dancers ideas
Embroidery + Full Stage Ready crystal package
Rising Star costume bag
Worldwide entry welcome
Shipped direct to your door
The winner will receive a design consultation with Keith Marron to create their costume.
A fitting appointment at the Rising Star studio in Belfast is also available if the winner is able to travel. Alternatively, the costume can be produced using measurements provided remotely.
Worldwide shipping to the winner’s address is included.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. Winner Selection
• One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries (paid and free).
• The draw will be conducted live on Instagram using a verifiable random selection method.
• The winner will be notified via the email provided at entry within 48 hours of the draw.
8. Prize Fulfilment
• The winner will receive a design consultation with Keith Marron, either in person or via email.
• Standard production timelines apply (approximately 8–12 weeks).
• The winner must respond within 7 days of notification; otherwise a redraw may occur.
9. Refunds & Entry Limitations
• Ticket purchases are non-refundable unless legally required.
• Each ticket purchase counts as one entry.
• The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entries that are incomplete, unclear, or suspected to be fraudulent.
10. Data Protection
• Personal information will be used solely for administering the Prize Draw and contacting the winner.
• Data will not be shared with third parties.
• Postal entries will not be returned.
11. Promoter Rights
• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Prize Draw if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.
• In the event of cancellation, all paid entries will be refunded (excluding postal entries).
12. Acceptance of TermS
Entry into the Prize Draw (paid or free) constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
