Here is a safe way for you to submit your order. We do ask for payment details to charge the non-refundable deposit to secure the order. No orders are secure until this process is approved by Rising Star. We will use the same details to charge the balance of the costume nearing completion so if you would like to use a different method please let us know. We do not hold onto sensitive information and destroy all information after the order is completed.
We will contact you by email to confirm your order plus your credit card receipt for your records.
Note: When you click Submit your card is not charged at this point but securely by our staff when we receive your information.
Terms and Conditions :
Dresses are not machine washable or suitable for dry cleaning.
Some fabrics are more fragile than others like Velvet, Sequins and Chiffons. We cannot be held responsible for wear and tear after collection.
All alterations after Fitting will be charged.
We cannot be held responsible for third part alterations.
Extra Shawls and Headbands will require an extra charge.
Due to the nature of Irish Dance, embroidery can loosen due to rapid movement of the fabric and threads.
All orders will receive an illustration of the artwork which will need to be approved within 72 hours of receiving. The order will not be started until we receive approval. Delay in getting approval can effect the final fitting/shipping date.
All Costume orders are secured with a non refundable deposit. Solo Dresses £300GBP, Solo Vests: £100GBP, Class Dresses: £100GBP
All items must be fully paid for before leaving the premises.
Crystals are always an additional cost.
Any changes on the day of fitting will incur an extra charge.
Every dress order comes with a matching Headpiece and Spare Crystal Pack.
Kick Pants are included with the order to match the dress lining.
If the need arises due to fitting or visual reasons we have the right to change minor design details to suit without seeking approval.
Orders will be shipped using a courier of our choice.
If due to unforseen reasons a dress does not fit which has been measured by a representative of the company we will cover all costs to have the dress shipped and sent back. If the dress was not measured by us shipping and adjustment costs will be charged.
Many things can cause delays like machine breakages, staff illness and availability of certain materials used in the manufacturing process.
Any bad language or unnessecary behaviour towards members of staff will not be tolerated.
We reserve the right to refuse an order.
